I am currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join a well established and rapidly growing company in North West London on a temporary to permanent . The successful candidate must have a real eye for detail and be a good team player.

Job Description

Sales Ledger:

- Raising invoices, sending to customer via email and uploading the invoices on the web database platform.
- Credit Control

Purchase Ledger:

- Getting the invoices authorised and input on the accounting package
- Ensure invoice payments are done accurately

Staff Payroll:

- Making sure that commissions are calculated correctly and payroll details sent.
- Accurate Payments to staff on bank system.
Cashbook Reconciliation:
- Ensure that cashbook is reconciled regularly and kept up to date.

Other Ad hoc duties

Skills required:

Qualification/Experience in accountancy
Intermediate/Advanced Excel - Knowledge of Vlook-up required
Able to meet deadlines
Ensuring accuracy with data entry/price checking
Willing to take on responsibility and be proactive
Good Communication skills written and verbal
