I am pleased to be working exclusively with a respected organisation based in the South Lakes area to recruit an Account Assistant for their talented and well-established Finance Team.
They are looking for a driven and professional individual to work closely with the Finance Manager and Management Accountant.

Duties will include:
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly accounts up to trial balance stage to include stock valuation, accruals and prepayments, etc.
- Processing sales invoices and correct filing of sales invoices.
- Preparation of credit notes and manual sales invoices
- Processing purchase invoices ensuring that the purchase invoices are correctly coded and authorised.
- Supplier and customer liaison
- Processing supplier payments
- Maintenance of KPI reports
- Credit control
- Bank account reconciliations
The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or have the relevant experience within a similar role.
