Reed Accountancy and Finance are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Practice Accounts Assistant.
You will be required to hit the ground running and support with business accounting activities. This is a varied role where experience is a must. The role will be suited to an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for progressive opportunities in a friendly workplace, where personal and professional development is encouraged.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Invoice processing
- Year end file prep for audit
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Internal audits
- Processing expense requests
- Credit control
- Cash book maintenance
- Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
- Banks reconciliation
- Raising sales invoices
- Client liaising
Practice based experience is essential.
