Reed Accountancy are currently working with a Global Manufacturer to appoint an Accounts Assistant into their office based in East Bristol. Initially this role is a 12 Month Maternity Cover Contract.
Sitting within the General Ledger team, as part of a team of 6, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing monthly AMEX accrual and payment journals
- Processing the monthly car prepayment journals
- Completing the monthly control account and detailed balance sheet account reconciliations
- Reconciliation of monthly intercompany balances
- Compilation and submission of the monthly Intrastat and EC Sales
- Other ad hoc duties

The successful applicant for this role will be an experienced Accounts Assistant who has ideally spent some time working within a large organisation. You will also be a team player who is able to work with a range of personalities. It will also be beneficial to have had SAP experience.
