As a part-time Accounts Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support across all areas of transactional finance.
This will include invoice management, paying suppliers, keeping a record of petty cash, helping with month-end accounting, and supporting customers and suppliers with accounts questions, this could be on the phone or over e-mail.
This role is two days a week.
Working with purchase ledger, customer services and the wider finance team, you’ll be hands-on, accurate and reliable. You’ll also be happy with working other departments, supporting with all aspects of query management ensuring they have what they need from finance to remain productive
You’ll have had prior experience in a busy accounts department with lots of moving parts, as well as high volume invoice processing. Good customer service, customer management, and Excel skills would also be desirable.
This role is 16 hours a week, approximately 2 days, you’ll be collaborating with a talented team, in a business that’s performed well throughout 2020.
