REED Accountancy are recruiting an accounts assistant for an expanding charity within the Peterborough area.
- Bank reconciliations
- Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- Purchase ledger including managing logs and pivot tables for invoices that require approving and querying with suppliers, posting invoices onto sage and paying invoices
- Property list finances
- Assisting the Senior Accounts Manager with balance sheet reconciliations for month end
- Assist with the month end payroll
- Ad-hoc admin tasks
- AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience
- Strong Excel Skills (Pivot tables and V Lookups)
- Experienced User of Sage
- Potential to take on further studies and career development
