I am working with a fast growing business who are looking to add an Accounts Assistant to their team on a permanent basis.
The business really pride themselves on their staff engagement and the finance team itself is friendly and professional.
You will report to the Finance Manager and focus on purchase ledger. Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing purchase ledger invoices and credit cards
Ensure an accurate schedule of import VAT payments to suppliers
Reconciling supplier statements monthly
Assist in the maintenance of an accurate schedule of direct debit payments for various suppliers.
Supplier payment runs
Posting and receipting purchase orders.
We are looking for someone with at least some accounts experience enthusiasm, personality and attitude are the most important things we are after. This might suit an AAT studier looking to build on existing experience, or an experienced Accounts Assistant who is still looking for a fast-paced working environment and new challenge.
