REED Accountancy are delighted to be partnering with our client, a business in the university area of south Belfast who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a Part-time basis (16-20 hours per week). This role is originally for 2-3 months on a temporary basis with a view to permanency thereafter. Working in a small team of 3-4 the candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager.
• Maintenance of the Purchase ledger
• Process the weekly payment run and reconcile supplier statement
• Bank Reconciliation
• Allocating credit notes to the system
• Assisting with the nominal ledger
• All other General Accounts duties
• A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
• Experience on SAGE 50 is essential.
• Fully computer literate including Excel
• Experience using accounts software
• Strong team orientated work ethic
£10-11.00 Per hour depending on experience
