Reed Accountancy are currently seeking a full time Accounts Assistant to join our returning client based Hungerford.
Working in a small finance team, this role will be responsible for supporting the Finance team members to ensure the day to day transactions are completed. This role will initially be working remotely with the view to return to the office in the future.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience of working to deadlines and be able to manage their workload and tasks with minimal supervision. Knowledge of Excel would be essential as well as strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Duties for this role include:
- Assisting in the credit control process
- Purchase Ledger
- Uploading supplier payments to the bank for approval
- Inputting customer receipts
- Staff expenses
- Sales invoicing
