I am representing a highly reputable company in Chippenham who are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant for a 12 months maternity cover contract. This is a very varied and hands on role, so would suit someone who is experience in both Payroll and Credit Control. Ideally you will be AAT Qualified, however someone who can demonstrate strong experience will also be considered.
- End-to-end monthly payroll
- All sales ledger duties including the processing of invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing of pensions
- Employee expenses processing
- Assisting with Accounts Payable when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties required
- End to end payroll experience
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy
- Available for a 12 month contract
