I am representing a very reputable company in central Chippenham who are looking for a part-time Accounts Assistant on a 12 months maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience within both Payroll and Credit Control, and is looking for a varied role .
- Bank reconciliations
- All AR aspects including the processing of invoices
- Provide support to the AP team when required
- Process the monthly payroll
- Process pensions and expenses
- Any other ad-hod duties required
- End-to-end payroll experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good Excel skills to include VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
Ideally, you will be AAT qualified or studying towards however this is not essential. The salary is flexible dependent on experience, so I would love to hear from you if you have Payroll and Accounts Receivable experience and are available for a 12 month FTC as soon as possible.
