Reed Accountancy are delighted to be working with our client, one of Northern Ireland's leading law firms who are recruiting for a Part-time Accounts Assistant (4 days per week)to join their busy team in Belfast city centre. This opportunity is based on a fixed term contract for 12 months with a view to extension after contract.
• Maintenance of the purchase and subcontract ledger.
• Filing Ledger documentation and monthly statement reconciliations.
• Bank and supplier statement reconciliation
• Assisting with month & year end ledger reconciliation
• Liaise with staff in relation to staff benefits/expenses
• Credit control duties
• Assisting with the nominal ledger and reporting
• Assisting with other general accounts duties
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a finance department
• Experience in a high volume environment
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
