My client is a busy wholesale and distribution company based in Tottenham. They are currently looking for a capable and committed Accounts Assistant to join their Head Office Team.
The position is to support the finance admin for the facilities dept and involves:-
Processing invoices, matching delivery and service notes
Inputting data onto spreadsheets
Booking repairs for equipment and services
Ordering supplies and stationery
The ideal applicant should have:
Intermediate Excel skills
Experience with high volume of invoices / paperwork / calls
A flexible and well organised approach to work
Attention to detail
Experience with Outlook
Excellent telephone manner
Salary circa ￡20 - ￡24k depending on experience.
