I’m currently working with a client based outside of Ipswich are looking for an Accounts Assistant to assist and support the Financial Controller and wider accounts team.
You’ll be vital to the team, in return receiving a highly competitive salary with a fantastic annual leave policy whilst working within a long standing, well established team. There will be plenty of opportunities to broaden your accounts experience.
You will ideally have two years experience within an accounts setting with strong communication skills alongside a customer orientated mindset. You will also be competent in the use of Excel. Duties include:
- Supporting the Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
- Working alongside the Credit Controller to ensure the sales ledger has minimal items outstanding.
- Supporting the Purchase Ledger during absences and busy periods.
- Supporting the month end processes.
