I am currently working with a well known large company in Leatherhead who are seeking an Accounts Assistant to work in teh banking and payments team. You will report into the Finance Manager for Revenue and Treasury. The duties involve:
• Management of the bank accounts and associated entries into the ledger
• Management of the internal banking process to ensure that all costs are coded corrected and accurately feed the management accounts process
• Completing monthly bank reconciliation for each account
• Ensures that all documentation is correctly filed, in order that financial auditors can be satisfied via the efficient recovery of key documents of initial entry.
• Maintain bank signatories for all accounts
Previous experience within cash allocation, payments, banking and journal entries will be required. AAT studiers will also be advantageous.
