Reed Accountancy are working with an organisation in Braintree who are looking to hire an Accounts Assistant.
This is a full time, permanent vacancy paying up to £20000 per annum.
The role would be ideal for somebody who has studied their AAT and is looking for their first or second Accounts Role; the responsibilities will be varied and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and grow.
- Supporting the wider accounts function with administration
- Maintaining the Purchase Ledger including processing invoices and payments, and balancing ledgers
- Dealing with enquiries from customers and resolving where possible, or passing to another colleague
- Other duties as required
Skills & Experienced Needed:
- AAT Level 2 qualified (as a minimum)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel skills highly desirable
- Access to own transport due to company location
- Salary up to £20000 per annum
