REED Ireland have the exclusive opportunity to recruit for an accounts assistant for an 11 month contract here in Dublin City Centre. This position will mainly focus on the accounts receivable duties within the company and will hold a highly important position with the accounts team. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing incoming payments, ensuring all invoices are posted correctly
• Generating invoices, statements and reports outlining account status
• Handle the bank receipts and new debtor creation on internal system
• Conduct necessary credit control duties
• Answering client queries when they occur


• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar role
• IATI Qualified is preferable
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• Ability to work on own initiative and be part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A high working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
