We have a massive network of contacts in the property agency world as well as with landlords and developers and are perfectly placed to help prospective tenants and franchisees find and acquire sites, prepare and submit planning applications, produce CAD plans and designs as well as see the whole legal process of property acquisition through to completion.

Accounts Role Overview:

- This is a varied and fast paced role for someone with a keen eye for detail and excellent administration skills.
- Accounting duties include standard Sales Ledger tasks of Raising Invoices/Recording Payments/Debt Collection and Reporting
- This person will also provide sickness/holiday cover for the Purchase Ledger Assistant
-This position will be ideal for an individual who is always one step ahead, and has a proactive and ambitious attitude.
- The ideal candidate will have previous Accounts / Debt Collection experience
- Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is preferable

Accounts Role Activity:

- Raising Sales invoices on our Sage accounts database
- Manage debt collection for outstanding invoices by telephone/email/letter
- Work with the Property team to manage any customer billing queries/disputes
- Liaise with our Compliance Manager to retrieve outstanding fees for our Clubs where
normal debt collection process is insufficient
- Updating Sage with bank receipts
- Updating FPS Cash flow spreadsheet with payments received
- Maintain CRM database of all Property Invoices raised and the relevant paid date
- Maintain the debtors report with comments/actions
- Raise invoices on a quarterly basis for Franchise Property Services Supplier rebates
- Manage the debt collection of Supplier Marketing Fees
- To work as part of the Finance Function and understand the basics of the Purchase Ledger role to provide holiday/sickness cover

Property Role Overview:

- To provide support to the Property Acquisition team
- To be an office based point of contact for the team
- To field phone calls and emails on behalf of the two teams
- To prepare weekly reports on team performance and KPI’s
- To identify and take ownership of team activities which are nonessential to their role

Property Role Activity:

- To manage email accounts for teams being supported
- To manage team diaries and communications
- To field phone calls coming into the teams
- To co-ordinate and manage kick off meetings with franchise
- To prepare PSA’s and update CRM and Sage Accounts.
- To process, capture and assign new properties on appropriate system
- To prepare demographic reports to support decision making
- To monitor and report on competitor activity
- To prepare and distribute weekly site criteria packs
- To update the mapping system on behalf of teams
- To update and manage CRM accuracy and team compliance on data input
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports
- To book meetings, travel and accommodation as required
- To take meeting minutes and ensure follow up actions completed

Person Specification:

- Previous experience of managing sales ledger and debt collection
- Previous experience using a CRM System
- A record of superior academic achievement and proof of past workplace excellence
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
- An ability to work independently and understand appropriate accountability
- Commitment to the vision of Anytime Fitness UK
- Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong sense of organisation & planning, ability to manage time well
- Ability to achieve outcomes within set time frames
- Proven research skills including electronically assisted research;
