Office Manager/Finance Assistant

Fixed Term Contract - Maternity Cover til April 2021

Reporting to the Director this role will take responsibility for both some accounts and office management within a small professional practice in the property and construction sector.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office including; liaison with off site IT and helpdesk
  • Ordering stationery, pricing supplies
  • Purchasing Tea, coffee and sundries
  • Answering all telephone calls
  • Organising Training and any lunches
  • Assist owner with ad hoc projects
  • Approving and managing sickness and holiday
  • Capturing supplier invoices on Quickbooks
  • Preparing customer invoices
  • Capturing cashbook information
  • Reconciling invoices between systems
  • Processing and loading expense claims
  • Approving timesheets and allocating to projects
