We require an experienced customer focused accounts administrator to deliver a pro-active and efficient administration service supporting the Customer Service team and our customers.

You will be required to administer and account for billing and services including the management of complex customers’ billing and rebate procedures. This entails the collection of large volumes of data through to pricing reconciliation routines resulting in discrepancy reporting and resolutions. Ultimately this leads to invoicing customers in a timely and accurate manner. Also, managing existing and new customer contracts on the appropriate internal systems and ensuring that new orders pass through the relevant processes to full customer service implementation.

The accounting and administration is relocating from Cheltenham to White Waltham. This role and a supporting role are replacing staff currently based in Cheltenham. There will be a requirement to be trained by the current staff in Cheltenham on the procedures and systems and therefore initially the role will be based in Cheltenham (2-3 days per week) until transition to White Waltham at the end of December. Additional costs of staying away would be covered by the business.

Essential Skills
• Have good administrative and organisational skills.
• Be numerate and computer literate with all aspects of the Microsoft Package especially Excel pivot and lookup tables.
• Confidence in data formatting
• Be highly motivated and can manage your workload and time under your own initiative.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Accounts experience eg sales and purchase ledgers.
• Experience in customer interface – telephone and/or in person
