Accounts Administrator - Cambridge city centre - £20,000-£24,000 per annum
A popular Cambridge employer currently have an opening for an organised and proactive individual to join their accounts department in the role of Accounts Administrator.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will include the following:
-Setting up new clients on the database and Sales Ledger
-Assisting the Sales Ledger Manager with data reconciliation
-Verifying company legal statuses
-Liaising with internal compliance to resolve queries
-Assisting the sales team with reviewing sales invoices and posting credit notes and corrective journals
This client is ideally looking for somebody with some previous accounts administration experience / understanding, however will also consider those with administration experience looking for a move in to accounts.
Candidates should possess excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as a confident, pleasant and professional manner. It is also necessary that candidates possess a good level of IT understanding and excellent attention to detail.
