Reed Accountancy are working with an up and coming organisation based in Leith who are looking to take on an Accounts Administrator on a Temporary basis with the potential for permanent opportunities. 

Working in a fast paced team you will be:

  • Processing a high volume of purchase invoices and credit notes
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Reducing purchase ledger and general admin backlog
  • Checking VAT on invoices
  • Responsible for mailbox: opening, scanning and distributing

Essential Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Purchase Ledger
  • Experience processing a high volume of invoices 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
