Reed Accountancy are working with an up and coming organisation based in Leith who are looking to take on an Accounts Administrator on a Temporary basis with the potential for permanent opportunities.
Working in a fast paced team you will be:
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices and credit notes
- Matching and coding invoices
- Reducing purchase ledger and general admin backlog
- Checking VAT on invoices
- Responsible for mailbox: opening, scanning and distributing
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Purchase Ledger
- Experience processing a high volume of invoices
- Strong communication skills
- Great attention to detail
