A key client of mine on the outskirts of Redhill is looking for some extra assistance in the small finance/admin team. You will be reporting to the finance manager and assisting with accounts administration for a 3 week period. You will need to have good IT skills including excel.
Your duties will include:
Matching credit card receipts to invoices
Dealing with incoming phone calls and queries
Processing invoices using excel
Other ad-hoc duties as required but the finance manager.
Due to the remote location as driver is essential for this role. You will be required to work 08.00- 16.00 or 09.00- 17.00 initially for a 3 week period.
