DUTIES INCLUDE:

1. Printing of incoming Invoices through the email system
2. Scanning documents onto the shared database including input and retrieval of information
3. Checking authorised signatures on delivery notes
4. Chasing suppliers for delivery notes
5. Scanning delivery notes to sites for authorisation
6. Assist with Processing Utility bills
7. Dealing with suppliers reminder letters and telephone queries
8. Assist with updating the query invoices for the Buyers
9. Distributing Invoices for authorisation
10. Filing of Purchase Ledger Invoices and Subcontractor Payments
11. Providing back up to other members of the Finance Team
12. Minor statement reconciliations
13. Update lease contracts for excel and chasing authorisation
14. Maintaining the mobile devices and updating information onto the system
15. Photocopying
16. Archiving
17. Any other Ad Hoc Duties

Looking for a candidate with an interest in getting to accounts. 
This is a junior role for someone looking to gain basic experience and exposure to the industry.
Not for those studying anything other than AAT. 
Must have working knowledge of Sage 50.
Must have experience using Excel.
