 REED Accountancy is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join an established and reputable company in Aylesford.

You will be providing crucial administrative support from:

• Updating and completing the daily cashbook
• Registering and coding incoming invoices
• Allocating payments
• Chasing payments
• Managing petty cash
• Filing invoices
• Bank Runs 
• Accurately updating systems
• Speaking to client via telephone
• Compiling emails

Skills required for the Accounts Administrator role:

• Educated to GCSE standard (A-C in Maths)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good level of efficiency in Word/ Excel and outlook
• Previous experience in administrative role is desirable
• Good communication skills
Required experience:
• Administration: 1 year
