REED Accountancy are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing group of businesses based in Rhyl that are looking to hire a Bookkeeper on a temporary to permanent basis to centralise the accounts function for the group. This is currently a part time role (3 days per week) but could become a full time role over time.
Our client is looking for a candidate that is meticulous in their approach, confident communicator as well as being very IT savy (MS Excel & Xero). As our client is looking to bring all accounts centrally, this is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that likes autonomous working and able to implement process & procedure.
Duties of the role include:
- preparing monthly management accounts
- cashflow forecasting
- managing all transactional processing
- processing payroll
- VAT returns
- dealing with all accounts queries
- various reporting & analysis
