We are seeking an individual with a very positive mindset and work ethic to join our client.
This is a varied role which will be both challenging at times and very interesting for the right candidate. You must be immediate and have a very high standard of Excel.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Raise Purchase Orders as required using Purchase order system
- Prepare Credit Application Forms for Purchasing Department.
- Process delivery notes
- Run reports and update prices
- Accounts payable, raising invoices
- Dealing with expenses
- Dealing with VAT returns and liaising with HMRC
- Petty cash
- Fixed assets maintenance
- Other ad hoc duties
