Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for an Experienced Account Manager to join an exciting company based in Newcastle Centre.

This is a full time, permanent position: Monday to Friday, along with some excellent perks of casual dress, modern office location, dynamic and a fresh company that is hugely growing and has done over the last 18 months.

Salary: £16,500- £20,000 per annum (dependant on experience)  as well as a generous bonus of up to £500-£800pcm.




Build and grow client relationships

First point of contact for clients, solving all queries quickly and efficiently

Support online training for clients

Work closely with line manager to execute agreed account management plans

Recognise opportunities to cross sell within other departments and build referral database for the sales team

Liases with the developers/ support team on service updates and new ideas following user feedback

Work to targets to drive the business forward

Your Experiance:

B2B Account Management experience

Previous background within a software or solutions environment is desirable

Proven ability working to targets

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential

Experience working with a CRM system

Confidence handling objections

A driven candidate, who can organise their own time and work to deadlines
