My client is looking for a talented Digital Account Manager to join our exciting and growing team in Chester. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients engaged in their integrated marketing campaigns and will responsible for driving new business. 

The role will be 70% office based in Chester and 30% out meeting clients and developing new business.

Salary: Up to £30,000 – (dependent on experience)
OTE - up to 80,000
For a salary of 30k the candidate will be expected to have experience working for a digital marketing agency and a good understanding of digital products.

Key responsibilities;

- Building relationships with key accounts and increasing revenues
- Sourcing and pitching new business 
- Generating new business leads
- Pitching and building relationships with potential clients via telephone
- Booking and attending appointments to close new business
- Keeping up to date with the business' marketing campaigns and proactively helping grow the accounts 
- Working closely with the marketing and management team 
- Pitching multiple channels such as; Paid Media, SEO, Content Marketing and CRO.
- Managing multiple accounts at one time 
- Efficient project management of several clients at one time
- Attending and presenting at monthly calls, meetings and conferences with clients
- Staying up-to-date with digital technology trends

The ideal candidate will preferably have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar position at an agency and have experience with dealing with multiple clients across digital sectors. This is a forward-thinking agency with room for personal and professional growth.

Key attributes required;

2-3+ years Digital Account Management experience
Experience within an agency environment
A good understanding of digital products 
New business focussed 
Comfortable presenting and talking to clients face-to-face
Pro-active with ability to prioritise and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work to deadlines
