Owner Development Executive
Located Chester (Next to Chester Train Station)

The role of Owner Development Executive is responsible for maximizing and retaining premium accounts, improve booking and revenue of under-performing properties and drive owner NPS via strategic management of high risk owners.

This is the perfect opportunity for a dedicated, motivated individual to apply their strong skills in customer service to work closely with our valued property owners to form lasting relationships, build strong rapport and most importantly deliver outstanding, professional advice at all times.

As Owner Development Executive you will have the following key skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiator with a commercial background
- Able to build, manage and maintain strong relationships
- Excellent influencing skills
- Sound knowledge of MS office – Windows, Word, Excel

Desirable Experience:
- Conflict resolution experience
- Customer retention experience
- Previous Sales or Account Management experience
Key Responsibilities
As our newest Owner Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide support for all queries from Premium Accounts
- Identify any trends and potential risks for individual properties, recommend solutions and implement them quickly
- Utilise sales techniques and objection handling to overcome situations whilst keeping the longevity of the contract
- Actively engage with owners in line with SLA’s
- Create strong relationships with owners via phone and email
- Provide expert knowledge
- Complete day-to-day tasks within the team and the wider business
- Recognise any other opportunities, such as extra properties belonging to the owner and investment options
- Identify, share and spread best practise throughout the business
- Demonstrate excellent teamwork to achieve targets set by the business
- Drive booking, revenue and quality of Under Performing Properties
- Ensure that any Owner Feedback is responded to and dealt with effectively and within SLA
- Helping to increase overall retention and performance of owners accounts
- Drive the owner NPS score to reach target
- Demonstrating a high level of confidence and ability in managing and resolving conflict
- Consistently demonstrate passion for the business and the role
- Show confidence and conviction with decision making taking full responsibility for your actions and outcomes
- Demonstrate an ability to think and act at a high level to achieve targets
