A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager with a market-leading engineering business based in the Felixstowe, Suffolk area who have a great reputation for innovation and quality.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, ensuring assigned accounts are managed accordingly and supporting the sales team with any administration duties.

Develop client satisfaction to ensure future business is maintained and grows.
Resolve any client queries and be in constant communication with them, updating them with relevant information on deliveries and quality issues.
Manage assigned accounts.
Create proposals for existing clients including material estimates.
Supporting with incoming calls to the department.
Processing invoices, loading orders and general reporting.
Support other departments which may involve attending trade shows and telesales campaigns.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of MRP systems and Excel
Be a confident problem solver and analytical thinker.
Knowledge of manufacturing services provided.
Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am-5.30pm
Salary is £25,000-£30,000
