Role: Account Manager (B2B)
Salary: £24,000 (£30K OTE & excellent benefits)
Hours: Monday- Friday --- 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch
Reed are currently recruiting for a fantastic company based in Bury who are looking to recruiting for a forward thinking Account Manager to join their team on a full time basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to join an established and growing organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible to manage and develop the customer portfolio by maintaining effective relationships with existing clients and identifying new business customers. You will develop and build strong long-term relationships with customers by being their main point of contact throughout the business relationship
• Act as the main point of contact for customers on all customer account management matters, provide customers with advise and generate sales
• Develop and build a strong relationship with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders
• Identify new business sales opportunities through prospecting activities
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits for the organisation
• Meet assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Achieve business KPI’s set in relation to number of calls made, and diary task management
• Review customer credit line
• Managing a portfolio of accounts
