 Looking to recruit a Bids & Presentation  coordinator to support the National Bids & Presentations Manager and Sales Team with coordination and creation of bid and tender documents, presentations, sales tool kit and knowledge bank and other duties as needed

Job Scope
Provide support for bid & tender coordination, presentations and create and manage knowledge bank for the Sales Team and other duties as required

• Experience of bid coordination and management of process
• Experience of persuasive document production, management, coordination and writing

• Creative, strong document presentation and grammar skills, Attention to detail
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with nominated Bid Leads on day to day basis to co-ordinate dairies and coordinate development / population / progress / control / revision / completion of bid documents
• Support the National Bids and Presentations Manager to implement strategy, embed processes and continue to improve our approach to bids and presentations
• Support the Sales Team to generate / enhance content in the Business Development Knowledge bank
• Support the Sales Team to create presentation and propositions where no formal tender or bid is required

Tasks may include:

• Co-ordinate schedules, diarise appointments and engage in activities throughout the bids / presentations process
• Drive commitment and adherence to the bid process
• Register for and source bid documents (sometimes through portals) and co-ordinate / raise / circulate clarifications
• Offer insight and challenge to ensure commitment to an agreed win strategy
Support nominated bid sponsors / bid leads / bid contributors / National Bids and Presentations Manager / on bids as required
• Generate, where appropriate, content for inclusion in the bid response
• Source and collate information from subject matter experts for inclusion in the bid response
• Source imagery (marketing) and create infographics / diagrams for inclusion in the bid response
• Ensure adherence to key dates / provide status reports and escalate concerns if needed
• Edit / refine / enhance / format answers, sales presentation slides, leave behinds and bid response documents
• Sense check and proof read slides / bid response documents
• Co-ordinate sign off of response documents for submission and where requested upload / submit bid responses
• Capture and provide MI relating to bids / presentation opportunities we work on
• Co-ordinate post submission / post award feedback



Successful candidates are expected to actively engage as members of APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) and work towards completion of APMP qualifications.
