Reed is delighted to be working with an industry leader based in the Aston area of Bristol. They have an exciting new vacancy for an Accounts Administrator to join their fantastic team.

Do you have a passion for Customer Service and excellent Organisational skills?

If so this could be the perfect position for you!


The key purpose of this position is to manage the Business Accounts for their established client base.


The day to day duties will include:

Taking orders and progressing through to delivery stage
Arranging a timely delivery service
Logistical planning
Controlling day to day issues by using Excel spreadsheets and tight internal controls
Liaising with customers, keeping them happy and developing a good working relationship
Chasing payment with the Finance department
Handling customer issues efficiently
Providing the customers with updates regularly


You will need be a well organised person with good administrative and customer interaction skills and a sound knowledge of Excel spreadsheets. You will need to be able to develop client relationships and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
