Do you have Housing/Accommodation Management Experience?
You will have overall responsibility for the day to day management of the accommodation, managing rent arrears, minimising voids and working with the Caretaking Manager to ensure buildings and sites are maintained to an excellent standard.
You will be responsible for providing a proactive, forward thinking approach to enhance current services, ensuring service level agreements are achieved and targets and performance indicators are met or exceeded and providing innovative ideas for future improvements. Assist and deputise for the Head of Department as necessary.
There is a requirement to participate in the out of hours call out rota, for which an allowance will be payable. You must also have a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
