What is this role?

Reed Professional Services are looking for a Resource Executive to join this niche area of the business that falls under REED global. You will be joining this Talent Acquisition division to find the talent required to work on RPS’s work packages, projects and consultancy engagements. The business model is built on Practices and you will search for the appropriately skilled resources to provide the capability for those Practices, as well as keeping them engaged for future assignments.

You will work with the Head of Resourcing and Resource Managers to provide specific identification, pre-screening, interviewing and other validation services to forecasted, speculative and live roles to ensure new Associates are the best fit and the best available.

Who are we looking for?

This role will appeal to people currently working in either an agency recruitment or an in-house recruitment environment and who are looking for a cultural change. You will need to have previous experience within the recruitment industry especially contract or interim recruitment, and ideally we need someone who is an expert at sourcing and head-hunting on LinkedIn Recruiter as well as traditional job boards.

We are looking for someone with a good level of education, so really you will need to have at least a GCSE grade A-C in Maths and English or above.
