1st / 2nd Line Support Technician with experience in Win 7 and 10 needed immediately for a friendly IT team based in Kingston Upon Thames for initial 3 month contract to provide support both F2F and remotely.

Location: Kingston Upon Thames
Type: Contract
Duration: Initially 3 months
Rate: £16 per hour (Umbrella / LTD)

Duties:
- High quality BAU support (remote / desktop)
- Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, IP telephony, Skype for Business, Exchange
- Troubleshooting, resolving queries, incidents
- Hands on problem solving with can do attitude
