This technically focused company are looking for an 1st /2nd Line Support Engineer to join their thriving team. You will not only be integrated into a highly technical team, but a community that will support you in industry qualifications and on the job training! Day to day you will be getting involved with supporting a wide range of IT and different customers (both large and small) from both the office and when necessary on customer sites. You will be involved with IT projects and the management, upkeep and enhancement of internal company systems

Required Skills:

  • Microsoft Windows server and client operating systems
  • Experience working with remote access tools
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Experience working within a ticket management systems
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Driving licence

 

The job package includes:
