1st Line / 2nd Line / Support / Service Desk / Helpdesk / Engineer / Analyst / Leeds / Yorkshire

My client, a market leader within their field, has a requirement for a 1st/2nd Line Support
Engineer to join their expanding Service Desk.

The Role:

In this varied role your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Being the first point of contact for all IT related queries, answering calls and responding to emails.
Escalating technical issues to 3rd Line staff when necessary.
Deskside and Remote support for desktop issues
Fault finding and installations

The Person:

You will be enthusiastic with a willingness to learn, along with experience working in an IT Support position and an understanding of the below technologies:

Windows 7
Microsoft Office 2010
Active Directory


Microsoft accreditations
