Working for an organisation set in beautiful surroundings, you will be responsible for 1st line IT Support. Your duties will include:
- Resolving support requests, or allocating requests to senior analysts in line with processes and procedures
- Respond to all support requests that come in via phone, email, face to face and via the Service Desk tool
- Perform installations as required across the site
- Provide desktop support, including all Office 365 applications
- Support the internal/external telephony system
- Provide remote application support over the telephone for regional branches
- Diagnose local broadband issues and escalate to 3rd party support as required
To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have experience of conducting 1st line support in a service desk environment, as well as excellent customer services skills and telephone manner. You will also be responsible for working as part of a team.
This role is a temporary role to start as soon as possible for a minimum of 8 weeks, and there is a possibility this role could become permanent.
