We urgently require a 1st Line Technical Support for a government organisation based near Bristol Temple Meads. 

This is a temporary role for a minimum of two months however it's possible that it may continue into March next year. 

Duties Include:

- Some configuration of Windows 10 tablet devices
- Package and post devices to end users 
- First point of contact for support 
- Provide call statistics, analysis and reporting 
- Provide support documentation and update triage scripts 

Person Specification 

- Experience of supporting and configuring Windows 10 
- 1st Line support desk experience 
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

This is a full time role working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
