1st Line Support / Service Desk Support / Application Support
I am working with my client to source an individual from a strong 1st Line Service Desk / Application Support background with excellent customer service skills and a legitimate passion for IT / Technology. This company works with a range of well-known global clients and they are looking for a team member who is keen to learn and progress.
As expected with a role of this nature, candidates will have experience within a service desk support role with experience managing service requests using a ticketing system while supporting both Windows and Mac devices.
Candidates will be able to write user and tech guides along with standard operating procedures and will have knowledge or experience of SQL.
- Experience managing service requests in a ticketing system

- Experience supporting both end user Windows and Mac devices.
- Experience being in a customer facing role
- Working to deadlines with great organisation skills
