I have regrouped with an existing client of ours who have a new need for someone like yourself to come on board.
Our client have been trusted by many to deliver IT systems, support and much more. They are looking to take on board a Helpdesk engineer on a permanent full time basis.
As a Helpdesk Engineer your role will be to handle first line support calls on primarily on Windows desktops, servers, basic networking and telecoms.

Your tasks will be:
• Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems that have been detected
• To answer helpdesk calls promptly and professionally and to ensure all helpdesk calls received are accurately logged via supported system

From a Helpdesk Engineer I am looking for someone who has:
• Previously worked in the IT service provider industry.
• Help desk experience
• Previous experience of using call logging software would be an advantage.
• Possess structured approach to work and able to manage time lines effectively.
Must haves
• Good telephone manner
• Analytic/problem solving skills.
• Windows desktop support skills
Key features for this role:
• Salary guide 15k-20k dependent on experience.
• 20 day paid holiday per annum
• Working hours will be 0800-16.30hrs
