I am currently recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for my client based in Swansea. This role is accessible via public transport and offers solid training and development. You will work with a small, supportive team on a permanent basis. This role is paying up to £20,000 per annum depending on experience.
You will work with a team of 8 service desk engineers who provide ongoing Office 365 Microsoft Office Support to a range of SME’s across South Wales. The working hours are between 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Friday with some flexibility needed. You will join a friendly, lively environment – providing remote support and client on-site support.
You will have a keen interest in IT and have some previous experience within a 1st line support role providing Office 365 support. You will ideally have Office 355 / Microsoft Office Support experience. If you have telephony support experience that is desirable but not essential. You will be comfortable communicating with customers via telephone and providing excellent customer service.
