Reed Global have been retained to source high calibre candidates for the role of IT Shared Service Centre Analyst / ITIL / 1st Line / Incident Management in partnership with a global organisation based in Wynyard.
The successful candidate will have a broad IT Infrastructure background with a knowledge of a number of the following:
Windows domains, Active Directory, Terminal Server, Mobility Support, Printers, Internet, Hardware, VPN MS Office, Windows 7/10, Office365 cloud-based offerings Storage, Network, Security, Applications & Client Services Global Business Applications.
In addition to the above, candidates will have a strong service delivery focus and excellent communication skills with prior experience working within an IT Shared Service Centre or larger environment.
Candidates will have a strong understanding of ITIL processes and incident management.
Experience working with a global organisation / delivering to multiple users would be highly advantageous.
Due to the global nature of the role the below working pattern will be required:
• 2-weeks standard European shift; 08:00 – 16:00
• 1-week UK shift; 10:00 – 18:00
• 1-week US shift; 14:00 – 22:00
