1st Line Support/ Service Desk Analyst
Location: Newcastle - city centre location
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationally recognised organisation who are based in the heart of Newcastle.
They are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join a close knit busy service desk team providing first time fixes and technical escalations where needed.
You will be joining a large internal IT department with multiple avenues for progression in the future.
Day to day responsibilities:
Microsoft Windows 7 & 10
Experience/exposure of proving a high degree of customer
Knowledge, skills, experience:
Proven experience in a support or service delivery environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail – due to the volume of data that will be input into Autotask
Ability to prioritise
This role will become office based once the current situation changes and you would be working from the office location in Newcastle 5 days per week.
