Directly reporting to the Country Head, you will be responsible for planning and driving marketing and trade marketing activities sales for multi-channels. In line with this, you will manage the marketing mix, as well as the budget, and be accountable for the market share gains of the brand. You will also adapt and implement brand communication & pricing strategy and manage promotions and events in accordance with the marketing calendar. In addition, you will be part in development of new channels and category for the brand. Lastly, interface with the regional team, support channel activations, and analyze brand performance.
Reporting to the Marketing Head, you will be primarily responsible for driving the overall achievement of objectives and goals of the assigned brands. In line with this, you will manage the marketing budget and accountable for the market share gains of the brand. Working closely with the Head, you will adapt and implement brand communication and pricing strategy of new products launched, and manage promotions and activities in accordance with the marketing calendar. Lastly, analyze Nielsen data and identify key trends to come out with right strategies to keep abreast of the market developments.
Reporting to the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, you will be a pivotal role in managing and developing the regional markets in terms of Sales with specific focus on SEA and ANZ regions. You are to ensure growth of the current business by maintaining strong customer relationships with retailers and identifying new opportunities for expansion. Lead the development of new customers through strategic business development plans, identifying the right business partners to maximize opportunities. Additionally, you will develop distribution strategy and work closely with the partners to review their business and further enhance performance. Lastly, you will also work closely with the HQ in terms of new products developments and collaborations and cascade down to the partners to provide support and training to their staff.
