Reporting directly to the CEO, you are entirely responsible for the retail stores in Singapore. This includes identifying strategic location for the stores, overseeing the construction and design, up until it is fully operational. You will supervise a team of staff, motivating and ensuring they meet the sales targets set by the management. Moreover, you will be in charge in planning and driving marketing activities that will boost brand awareness and drive traffic to the stores. Monitor trends, competition, and customer behavior and utilize this to generate compelling marketing activities that will generate sales.
Reporting to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in uplifting visual merchandising and store design for the whole South East Asia region. This includes planning and developing compelling creative propositions and ensuring the brand remains consistent in terms of quality and implementations across VM, in-store execution, and events. Moreover, you will liaise with the respective countries to create guidelines and plans to support the current projects. You will work closely with the contractors/vendors and travel to the region to oversee the execution and fit outs to ensure proper execution.
Reporting to the MD, your main responsibility is to device sales strategies and plan all sales and promotional activities to achieve the brand’s objectives and to ensure to maximize the brand’s full sales potential to market. Supervising their growing sales team, you will be directly in charge in all aspects of sales function, forecasting sales, developing structure and managing all promotional activities in stores including roadshows, events and partnerships. Along with this, you will also collaboratively work with the Marketing team to ensure the effectiveness of the strategies and the brand meets the customers’ needs. Finally, you will manage all the operation related activities and maintain strong ties with the retail partners.
