- Be the interface between the parent company and distributor teams for all queries pertaining to the launch and the date to date business, and solve for them.
- Analyzing category, channel-customers trends, competition and shopper behavior to develop innovative category & channel initiatives.
- Monitoring the key distribution parameters on daily, weekly and monthly basis to ensure achievement.
- Responsible for handling and coaching of the distributor’s team with an objective of building sales capability.
- Coordinate between parent company and distributor the execution of all sales and marketing activities.
- Solve unanticipated issues during planning / execution.
- Conduct periodic Business Reviews with parent company and the distributor and build action plans to drive growth.
- Coordinate and partner distributor’s marketing team to develop the BTL activities and build calendar for the same.
- Plan and track the budget to ensure channel and brand profitability.
- Work closely with the supply chain and costumer management teams to ensure right stock levels.
- Designing suitable Merchandizing Strategy with an objective to drive visibility and execution at the store level.
