As a new starter you will go through our comprehensive induction: a 20-week programme which includes classroom training, coaching from your manager, self-led tasks and some activities conducted with the senior management team, all designed to get you up to speed in your role as quickly as possible. The training is built in a way to be relevant to consultants of all levels - providing all the tools for those with no experience, while stretching even the most seasoned recruiter.
Given the right tools, structures and support, people succeed.
After your induction, further training and development is provided to support your progress through our Career Development Framework. Some of this partners you with colleagues in different offices and in some instances involves attending courses in other offices overseas.
Some of our Co-Members have ambitions to move into a management role. For these aspiring leaders we provide a Management Academy, a programme which hundreds of REED's managers have been through worldwide, giving successful recruiters the additional tools to succeed in managing teams. For others, career development is all about developing additional expertise within sales and 2014 sees the launch of REED APAC's first Sales Academy - a training programme for our top performing recruiters, helping them develop to even greater levels of success.
